Delivery

If your order is in stock we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days followed by an estimated delivery time of 3-5 workings days. Due to products being held in multiple locations some packages may arrive separately. Delivery cost is calculated according to the weight of each order as follows:

Up to 2kg - £3.50

2kg - 5kg - £7.00

5kg and above - £9.00

Unfortunately, at this current time we do not offer shipping outside of the UK.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not please email info@sophiealice.uk to arrange for a refund or replacement. You can return any item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that any delivery costs related to the original order will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty. Returns outside the 14 day period may be accepted only at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged, used or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
